How do I restore contacts from the deleted folder in a .pst file?

I have inadvertently deleted several contact lists from my personal folder; I
can see them in the "deleted Items" folder but I can't figure out how to
restore them.
I'm using Outlook 2003 (part of the 'Small Business Edition 2003') and
running on Windows xp.

Move them back to your Contacts Folder.
