I am using Outlook 2000. Operating system Windows Pro 2000
The Find Contact facility on the tool bar does not work.  If I enter a name
or just click on it I get an error message and Outlook closes down.
Any help on this one please

Thanks

Which mail support mode of Outlook 2000 (Internet Mail Only or
Corp/Workgroup?)
What's the error?
What information store are you using (Local data file or Exchange mailbox)
Is your Outlook Address Book configured correctly and working?

Hi,
Outlook is set up for Corp/Workgroup.
Error Message: OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows.  You will need to restart the program.
No error number given.
I would assume a .pst file
Internet E-Mail
The address book seems to work in all other respects, ie: I can find
addresses OK in any other way except as I have mentioned.
Thanks

Be careful when you do. Don't import them. Either reuse your old PST in your
new profile or open it and copy the Contacts directly from that PST into
your new one.
