MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / November 2005Find Contact Facility returns error
I am using Outlook 2000. Operating system Windows Pro 2000 The Find Contact facility on the tool bar does not work. If I enter a name or just click on it I get an error message and Outlook closes down. You will need to restart the program. No error number given. I would assume a .pst file Internet E-Mail The address book seems to work in all other respects, ie: I can find addresses OK in any other way except as I have mentioned. Either reuse your old PST in your new profile or open it and copy the Contacts directly from that PST into your new one.
