how can i get my surname, which is made of two separate words, for example '
dick van dyke' to appear properly in outlook contacts.
it either appears as 'dyke, dick van' or 'dick van dyke' where van is
assumed as my middle name.
nobody can find me in my organisation, and when people insert my name in
documents they spell it vandyke because outlook cant handle my hyphenated
name.
Please fix this problem.
Thankyou

Did you parse the name correctly in your Contact Record's Full Name dialog
box? Do not use the Full Name Field, use the dialog box.
