Hi, How do I Hide the names in a personal distribution list? In other words, How can I send messages to a group of people without them seing the other contacts. Without using BCC. Thanks! You'd have to use some sort of mail merging then since you don't want to use BCC. Thanks Vince, I have received ,in the past, emails where the sender's name is in the To: field when it was sent to a list of people.
