I want to print labels from outlook because I want to use the filtering in
outlook and not word.
I use tools/mailmerge
In Mail merg contacts window I highlight all contacts in current view and
contact fields in current view.
In merge options/document type I highlight mailing labels.
Next the Mail merge helper comes up in word.
Part 1
create mailing labels
setup is avery 8161
Part 2
Get Data/use address book
From here is where I do not understand. Under choose address book I have
tried Outlook address book and I get an error " a required file schdmapi.dll
could not be loaded please check your email installation and reinstall
microsoft word.
If I choose the personal address book some data loads but does not format.
Please let me know what steps I should take from this point.
Thank you.

Part 2 is not necessary if you've started your merge fromOutlook. You
already did it.
