I am the delegate for someone's contacts and I need to do a mail merge.  When
I go into Word to do the mail merge, I can only select the recipients from my
own contacts.  Is there a permission that needs to be adjusted in the other
person's database so I can select recipients from his database?

You would need to add that person's mailbox to your Outlook profile and
start the merge from that mailbox's contacts folder.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, HMA asked:
