Why does Vcard not send all the contact information when emailed?

I am running Outlook 2002 at home and in the office. Windows XP Professional
on both. The Vcard is only showing my name and email address. I have all the
other info filled out on my computer in the setup, but it does not show up in
the email.
I also noticed that when I go to send an email and I hit the “To…” button to
look up a contact, I choose Outlook Address Book and Contacts under there and
a lot of times I can’t find the person I am looking for. I go into the
contacts icon in my Outlook desktop and I find the person that way.

Outlook exports only certain informaton to the vCard format. I don't know how the decision was made to export some informaton and not other data.
