When I export and re-import my contact list, I loose the information in my
'Created' Field, is there a way around this?

No, importing/exporting will always lose this data.  Try copying the .pst
file and opening it, then dragging the contents of your contacts file to the
folder on the new machine.

Thanks, I guess I'll have to do that then, at least now I know I'm not
missing something simpler.
