Using OL 2003.

I have address registered for my contact, but when I add new appointment
using the ACTIONS menu, the address is not used.

It this normal behavior or is a fix available ?

Thanks
Jesper

Where are you expecting the address to appear?

I would expect the address information to be in the Location field i the
appointment.

Thanks

I agree with you what is the point of having new appointemnt with
contact, if company name is not inserted in.

look forward to finding out why

thanks mark

No, Outlook doesn't do that.  What it does instead is enter the contact's
name as a hyperlink in the Contacts field at the bottom of the appointment
form, so that you can click the name and see the contact details that way.
