I send out monthly news letters and I need to address them to both the main
contact and that person's significant other.  Many of the spouses in my
address book have a different last name or a hyphenated last name.  How can I
do this in Outlook 2003.

I am thinking about getting microsoft CRM 3.0 when it is available.  Is this
problem addressed by that software?

Thanks
Pete

Create a separate contact record for the spouse.

Thanks for responding.  I thought of that, but then I send two newsletters to
the same address.  What I am hoping for is what my old software had, which is
Name 1
Name 2
Address
City, State, Zip
