We currenlty have a contact list which is in Microsoft Word label format but
have notice that this format gives us no functionality.  Is there a way to
import this document into Outlook?  Or any ideas how to import it to a csv
file or excel?  We don't want to reinput all the data.  Thanks inadvance.

One way is to change the format of your labels
Select all while in Word label format
GOTO Table- convert - table to text (goes to same screen)
GOTO Table-convert - table to text (should now have option  to choose
paragraphs)
this will remove all your namea and place as text
Select all and left align
Select all - convert - text to table chnage the number of columns to place
your text
Example: the label consist of
1     Name
2     Address
3     City, State ZIP
4     BLANK LINE

You will change the number of columns to 4
Press enter
This will place all your data into columns
If you see that some labels ran into each other, then you have to UNDO and
change the number of columns.

Once this is complete you can take you data and paste into excel. save ata
.dat file and import into your contacts.
