Just wanted to add my voice to the requirement to print a single envelope
from Outlook. It should work by highlighting a contact, select Print, and be
able to specify Envelope, Label, or other option. The prospect of trying to
print a single envelope through MailMerge and Word is unacceptable.

The above is a minimum - what should also be supported is the ability to
EASILY print envelopes or labels for more than one contact at a time.

Remember to ensure that the envelope can be configured to print the Mail,
Business, or Personal address.

Feature already exists. You don't have to run an entire mail merge.
Just use the Envelope Wizard in Word.
Adding Word processing code to Outlook makes no sense. Integration does.
