I have multiple outlook accounts that I have to maintain.
When I launch the mail merge feature in Word 2003 I only have one outlook
contact that I can choose, and it is the wrong contact.
My coworker has multiple contacts that he can choose.
How can you change the contacts listed in the mail merge option?
Thanks

The best solution is to start the merge in Outlook, in the desired contacts folder, choosing Tools | Mail Merge there.

Your post is not clear. What do you mean by "multiple accounts?"
Do you mean multiple profiles?
Do you mean multiple Contacts Folders in one profile?
Something else?

Multiple contacts in one profile.
in outlook i have to monitor 8 users mail boxes.
in my outlook profile my contacts are pointing to my contacts on the server.
Now when i launch word 2003 and choose the mail merge option and i choose
the outlook contacts it only shows me one of the other peoples contacts.
i removed the users mail box from my profile and then i relaunched word and
it changed to the next users contacts not mine.
Now i checked a coworker's system and when they choose the mail merge
option they can pick from multiple contacts not just one
is there a way to change which contats that the mail merge option points to?

Any folder in your profile that you have enabled as an email address book
will appear as a choice.
But as Sue says, why not start the merge from the Contacts Folder you want
to use so Word won't have to guess?
