I have a group of email address that I would like to add to my address book.
This group of address has been mailed to me as an attachment.  How do I get
them from the attachment to the address book?

There is no address book in Outlook. Outlook uses Contacts Folders.
You could certainly import a list into your Contacts Folder. I'll assume you
know how. You did not provide the format of the list.
