How do I link outlook contacts to my organization chart

I am trying to create organization charts and want to link the information I
have in outlook contacts to the individuals in the charts.  For example, if I
click on John Smith in the org chart, I want to see the contact information
pop up

With what tool are tyou creating the charts?
