I was wondering if I could view another user's contacts directly through the
folder view instead of going to Contacts and then selecting the shared users.
It's one of those things that they had in Outlook 2000 that worked great,
but they decided to oust it in 2003.

The feature is present in Outlook 2003 in the same way as in all previous versions -- you must add the mailbox to the properties for the Exchange email account.
