Wish to create and print letters and/or labels and/or envelopes in mail merge
using Contacts vCard data.  However, cannot get complete info to print --
i.e.,
need full names w/honoraria, titles, company names, etc.  How do we set
defaults to include all fields needed?

Start the mail merge from your Contacts folder, choosing Tools | Mail Merge.
