Sharing contact files in outlook, viewing activities

I have set my outlook up to allow another salesperson at my company to view
my contacts.  Why can't I view the activities so that I can see emails and
quotations linked to each contact

The Activities Tab dynamically shows data held in the associated Mailbox.  I
know of no way to make it work for another user.  Have you considered any
CRM applications that are built onto Outlook to do this?
