How can I send one email to multiple people so that the receivers think they
are the only ones getting the message?

But, not by using bcc.  I want to send to a distribution list or a number of
addresses, but so that it looks like it posts only one name in the "to" line.

Thanks!

Either use Bcc and a distribution list or use Word's mail merge feature to send individual messages.
