'Contacts' not working??

I had a problem with my outlook 2003 and had to recover my personal folders.
Everything seems to be back to normal except for my contacts folder. Whenever
I try to access I get the following error.

"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this
address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you
do not have permissions."

Any help would be appreciated.

Migrating your data does not configure the Outlook Address Book. You must
now do so:
http://home.indy.rr.com/russval/addressbook.htm#Lose
