export personal address book to new computer

how can I export personal address book to my laptop and import them on my
laptop
I am using outlook 2003, not outlook express--
this address book is exportedfrom outlook 2003 to outlook 2003--just a
different computer
thank you--this has been frustrating trying to find the answer'please help

Outlook does not use an address book. All your data is in one file.
Nor should you export or import Outlook data.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
