Sending an email to a contact list...

I have a list of 400 contacts on my address book. I use outlook express 6 on
a 2002 XP Dell pc. Can you please tell me how I go about sending information
to my contacts but without them seeing my contact list? At present when I
send a message everyone can see the 400 emails addresses separated by ;
Please help!

Use the bcc option.  Send the messsage to yourself and put all the addressees
in the bcc field.
