Using Outlook 2003. I want to create the following rule, however, I want to
MOVE it and not Move a Copy. Why isn't there an option to simply Move it?
"Apply this rule after I send a message assigned to Business category Move a
Copy to Business Folder"
Thanks
Ardell
You'd need to turn off the automatic saving of messages to the Sent Items
folder in Options. Then you'd need a catch-all rule at the end of your rules
that deals with any sent messages that haven't been touched yet

Thank you. Can you tell me more about "a catch-all rule at the end of your
rules". I would want my "other" messages to be saved in Sent Items.

Create a rule that runs after sending but has no selection criteria. Outlook
will warn that the rule will affect all messages but you'll be allowed to
continue
