finding and exporting outlook data

This web site sucks, sending us on an endless search to resolve problems that
should not exist in the first place, Outlook's data should be easy find, and
move from computer to compute. Worst yet is having to cal and speak to people
who don't really understand the language, the software, or the problem, all
they know is what's writting on the monitor in fron tof them.  This is adding
insult to injury.
