I'm trying to create a distribution list from the  To:  contents of  some
email s I've  received.

The Outlook instructions won't work because all the To:  addressees appear
as only Display names, not actual email addresses.  None of them are in my
contact file.
How to create without having to do each adrressee one-by-one.  I'm hopinng
that this is not a new problem.
