I can set up multiple address books that show on the
folder list, but only three show up in my address book.
Is there a maximum number of address books that will
appear when selecting "To" while composing e-mails?

If there is no maximum, how does one set up four or five
discreet address books?

Thanks,
SL

Just enable any Contacts Folder you want to appear in the address book as an
electronic address book. You must have done so already for two of the three
that appear now. Do the same for the others: R click the folder > Properties
> Outlook Address Book Tab.
