How do I import all field names into Outlook from Access?

I have a  MS Access database I want to link or import in to my Outlook
contact folder and I need to add the field name individually or will they
import to my Outlook contact folder?

I have tried over and over again with no success to add the fields.

The standard import function will not create any fields for you during the
import process (or let you import to any existing custom fields for that
matter). You may want to look at one of the ContactGenie products which
would let you automatically create user-defined fields (see product info for
additional details). The link is below.
