I am trying to run a MailMerge from Outlook to print out Christmas car
envelopes.  When I selected MailMerge and the chose contacts, it opene
Word for me and says it has selected my data.  I then chose the envelop
size.  No matter what I select though, the "Merge" button in Step 3 i
always grayed out.  I cannot figure out how to complete the merge.
What am I doing wrong?  Initially it said I was missing th
SCHDMAPI.dll file, but I installed that.  It no longer gives me tha
error message, but I still cannot complete the merge.  Help!  I a
using Office/Outlook 2003.

TIA
Amand

After you select the envelope, you must then abandon the mail merge helper.
It exists only to let you select your envelope. Instead you complete the
merge using either the Mail Merge Task Pane or even better, the mail merge
Toolbar.
