Sometimes, when I receive mail, I recieve a prompt saying that the sender wants to confirm that I received the mail. Is there an option > in Outlook Mail to do the same thing? Sure. Your options for allowing Read Receipts can be found on Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Tracking Options.
