i have a list of contact persons, but when i am writing a new email and try
to put their adress email in the place like: "to" or" bcc" i am unable.
When I am cliking on the "to" or "bcc" i do not see any contact person.
i import all the adress from Palm Vx.

Examine the Contacts Folder in which the data actually reside. Do the
Contacts Records all appear there correctly and do they contain all the
information you expect them to, including valid, resolved electronic
addresses?

Right-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, click the Outlook
Address Biook tab and check the option labeled "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book"
