I would like if it's possible tu personnalize it in OWA and in this case how to do that ? I know how to do in outlook but not in OWA. Since OWA is simply a view into the Exchange mailbox and its presentation is controlled by HTML on the server, I imagine that you're have to tailor the HTML and/or Contact form as stored on the server, if it can even be done.
