FIELD PROPERTIES IN CUSTOM CONTACT FORM

I'm designing a custom contact form that, on page 3, will allow text to wrap
and allow adding line spacing - as if writing in WORD. I can only get the
text to wrap but not repsond to adding a blank line by hitting the Enter Key.
Thanks for your help and please know that my system does not allow VBA.

Use Ctrl+Enter to enter a blank line.
