Many of my contacts are email-only, no phone.  When I print a phone list I
don't want these people listed (its' 20 pages as is).  I cannot seem to
filter out these blank entries.  Suggestions?

Most of us use a mailmerge to create customized printouts.

Russ, thanks!  I never thought of doing that (Using Word Mail Merge to Print
an Outlook Contacts List).  The format options in word are terrific, of
course, so that helps a lot.  But I still could not filter out the non-phone
numbers from my list without selecting each item individually, a tedious
task.

But at least I can reduce the font size to cram more names on one sheet.
That's a big help.
