When i choose to add a contact from the global address list to my contacts
folder, it automatically goes to my contacts folder under my personal
folders, but I think I want it to go to my contacts folder under "Outlook
today folder".  In fact, I don't know why I need to contact folders, i Would
like it to be as efficient as possible...

Change the Navigation Pane to show Folder list - then see which folders
you are working with.  Outlook will default to new Contacts going into your
Contacts folder in your Mailbox.
