I have a free email account at mail.com and most of my contact addresses are
in the address book of that account. I am trying to transfer all the data
(addresses) to Outlook once if possible. How should I do that?

Examine mail.com's help pages and determine in what forms they allow
exporting the contacts.  Choose a format that Outlook can import.  Export
them from mail.com and import them into Outlook.
