Contact folder & Address book.

We are running Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2000.  Names in
contacts and Address book do not match.  When we attempt
to send a mass email and press the To key we cannot get
into our Contacts folder, it automatically goes to the
Address book.  How can we get it to go to the Contacts
folder?  Thank you

You must post your Outlook mail support mode for us to help.
Does the Contacts Folder appear in the "Show Names from the..." dropdown
when you open the Address Book?
