When you print Contacts, the View you are in changes the possible printing
styles. Change the view and have a look as there are many ways to print the
Contacts folder.
If you still don't like them, define your own view and print it.

Depending on your version (could you please post that basic detail next
time) In 2003, Current view window, drop it down and there's the Define
Views button.
If you don't have a window in the toolbar showing current view, turn on
your advanced toolbar.
