How do I get contacts back from 2nd hard drive?

After backing up contacts and recipes from Outlook on a 2nd hard drive, I
reformatted C drive to kill a bug. I can't find my Personal Address Book or
my wife's Contacts and recipes. This is not good. I finally located the
Contacts but can't get them into her account. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

Since Outlook hasn't used a Personal Address Book in many years, it is
unlikely you were.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
