Using v2003.

I have a sales team who update the notes section for contacts in a public
folder.

What I want to be able to do is print out any new notes that have been
added/modified in the last week.  Is there any way of doing this (or a
workaround) so that I don't have to look through every one.

Many thanks

Anita

Have you had a look at the sales Add-ins for Outlook - you may get major
benefit from them.  There are many.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
