How do I stop automatically adding emails to my contacts?

Every time I email someone or they email me, that person's email address is
automatically added to my contacts list.  I have a lot of contacts through
email that are one-time contacts and I don't want them saved in my contacts.
How do I stop this?

Care to state your version of Outlook?  The only version that did this was
Outlook 2000 in Internet Mmail Only mode.

> Hey, Brian!  I deleted about a hundred contacts and apparently, new contacts are not being added automatically anymore.  I have Windows XP-outlook mail program.  I sell on Ebay and the email addresses of dozens of my customers was showing up in my contacts--that's what made me think that they were being automatically added to my contacts.  Don't know what happened but thanks for the response.

Outlook does not do this and cannot even be configured to do so. Describe
more accurately the behavior you are seeing that makes you think it does.
Include your version.

Only if you provide the requested information.
Outlook 2000 had two completely different versions.
Again, no version has ever added addresses to your Contacts from received
messages. It just can't happen.
