MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2005New Message to Contact
I have two e-mail addresses for one contact. When using "New Message to Contact" I get a new e-mail but with both e-mail addresses in the TO line. Can I set the contact so that it only uses one e-mail address instead of two. Some contacts have 3 e-mail addresses which means I always have to delete two e-mails I do not want. Is there any way around it? Regards Nicole Not with that method. If you only want to select one address, use the Outlook Address Book to select the recipient.
