How do i build a contact list from my inbox

Having reinstalled office 2003 on my new computer, i have been able to
retrieve all of my old emails from Outlook. I can't connect to my old address
book though.Can I build a contacts list automatically from all the old mail
in my inbox?

Since all Outlook data resides in one file, one must wonder why you could
find your email but not your Contacts. They are both in the same file. The
file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail,
calendar, contacts etc are stored.
