What format(s) does the mail client support for export?

POP servers have no concept of "address book".  They know of one data store
only, and that's the Inbox.

Some ISPs, in addition to POP access, also allow Web access to your mailbox.
It is the web interface that may have an address book or Contacts folder.
In that case, you'll have to ask the ISP or look at their Help pages to
determine if they have the ability to export the address list and what
formats exporting supports.  If exporting is supported, choose a format that
Outlook will import, if one exisst.
