I accidentally created a duplicate public folder with the same name as another public folder and now they both appear in the list if
I click on Address Book and then click "Show names from the" dropdown box. That is the only place that I see both listed. Only one
of the folders appears in my folder view. How can I get rid of the duplicate folder?

Thanks !!

In the address book, click Tools>Options.  In the lower pane, select the
folder you don't want and click Remove.
