My OLD hard drive crashed.  Installed NEW hard drive and reloaded all
software from scratch.  Installed OLD hard drive as Slave and am able to
access all files.  How do I recover, transcribe, copy, move the Contacts DATA
from OLD drive to NEW drive into the new installation of OUTLOOK?

Can you find your PST on the old drive? It should be in Documents and
Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
folder.

Have you installed Outlook already and started it?
