Question about distribution list&email - 19 Dec 2005 22:52 GMT
I created a long distirbution list from my contacts. When sending message,
Message goes through but I get in my in basket a message stating that it was
not sent to recepients as there were too many recepients in email.
How can I use distribution lists when sending emails?

Those limits are imposed by your mail server, not Outlook. You should ask
your provider.
In general, DL's are a poor choice for grouping multiple recipients. Savvy
users employ Categories or mail merges for that purpose.
