Is there a way to import contacts from a pop3 account A pop3 account is a mail account. It does not contain contacts. What do you mean? No, there isn't. There may be an address book available via the web interface to your mailbox, but that's not the same thing as POP. If the web-available address book is what you mean, then consult with your ISP and ask them in what format(s) the address book can be exported and choose one that Outlook knows how to import.
