Recently got upgraded to XP and Outlook 2003. Exported my contacts from
Outlook 2000 then imported them into Outlook 2003. I have the contacts
exactly as I did previously, with all my subfolders and information.
However, when I go to create a new email message and I click on the 'To:'
button, I can only see my top level Contacts folder. I cannot see any of my
subfolders within Contacts. I appreciate any suggestions to resolve this
issue.

Right click on the other contact folder, choose Properties, go to the
Outlook Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address
book" box

Never export to or import from a PST. It's not needed and you lose data.

Right-click each contacts subfolder, choose Properties, select the Outlook
Address Book tab, and check the option labeled "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book".
