Cut and Paste

I am sure this is simple but I cant make it work.  How do you copy a contact
and all its info into a word document.  If you highlight the contact (John
Doe) and clik copy, then paste to Word you get an incon titled "John Doe.msg"
not the info in the contact.

you need to paste special as text or paste into notepad first, then copy and
paste into word.
