Can anyone help in resolving my issue?

I am having difficulty with the "Find a Contact" Search Box on the Standard
Toolbar in Outlook.  I use to be able to type in a name (either first or last
name) within the Find a Contact Search Box, the application would find it in
my Outlook Mailbox Contacts folder, and then open up the corresponding
Contact Card.

My settings must have changed somehow because now it only pulls up the
contact information within my employers global address book.  I do not prefer
this method.  Is there anyway to correct this or revert to the original
default setting?

I am currently using Outlook 2000 with Windows 2000 SP2
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

What have you set as the order for name checking in the Outlook Address
Book?

Forgive me for asking, where do I go to find out that information?

Just open the Address book and look at Tools > Options...

Thank you, that was it.  I switched the order of the address lists when when
sending an email and checking names which then corrected my issue.  You have
been most helpful.
